DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
A24C32 provides 32768 bits of serial electrically Two-Wire Serial Interface
erasable and programmable read-only memory VCC = 1.8V To 5.5V
(EEPROM) organized as 4096 words of 8 bits Bi-Directional Data Transfer Protocol
each.
Internal Organized 4096x8(32K bits)
400KHz (1.8V, 2.7V, 5V) Compatibility
The A24C32 is optimized for use in many industrial 32-byte Page(32K) Write Mode
and commercial applications where low-power and Partial Page Writes Allowed
low-voltage operations are essential.
Self-Timed Write Cycle (5ms Max)
High-Reliability
The A24C32 is accessed via a two-wire serial 1 Million Write Cycles guaranteed
interface.
Data Retention > 100 Years
Operating Temperature: -40oC to +85oC
The A24C32 is available in SOP8, TSSOP8 and Available in SOP8, TSSOP8 and DFN8
DFN8 packages.
