INTRODUCTION
The V850ES/FG2 are 32-bit single-chip microcontrollers that include the V850ES CPU core and integrate peripheral
functions such as timers/counters, serial interfaces, and an A/D converter. These microcontrollers also incorporate a
CAN (Controller Area Network) as an automotive LAN.
In addition to highly real-time responsive, 1-clock-pitch basic instructions, these microcontrollers have instructions
ideal for digital servo applications, such as multiplication instructions using a hardware multiplier, sum-of-products
operation instructions, and bit manipulation instructions. These microcontrollers can also realize a real-time control
system that is highly cost effective and can be used in automotive instrumentation fields.

Note Be sure not to exceed the absolute maximum ratings (MAX. value) of each supply voltage.
