24 Watt High Power RGB Multi-Chip Light-Source Modules
Description
LED chips in the high-power light source modules are attached directly to a metal core
PCB/heat sink. Any heat generated by the LEDs can be dispatched efficiently to an external
heat sink. The thermal resistance is approx. 2 K/W. Good thermal management allows low
junction temperature operation to maximize the efficiency.
