Power VDD

Input pin for 32.768kHz crystal
Output pin for 32.768kHz crystal
Phase locked loop capacitor, connect a capacitor 0.01µ to
47µ to GND.
Serially connect to VDD with a resistor when in ERIC mode.
This is pin-shared with PLLC.
