AGN1540 is a two-stage internally matched GaN MMIC Power Amplifier which operates between 13.75
GHz and 16.00 GHz frequency range. This product is well suited for VSAT applications.

Power Added Efficiency: 21 %
Power Gain : 10 dB
Small Signal Gain: 16 dB @ 16.00 GHz
Output Third Order Intercept Point: 42 dBm
